This was some serious sloppy writing, a waste of time. I have no problems with a few typos in a book but this was ridiculous; this books hasn't even seen a proofreader. Apart from the typos a lot of sentences didn't even make sense.And if the story had been compelling I could have overlooked even this many errors. I love lace, daddy kink and Littles but this didn't feel right. Caleb says he's not a Little but then after just meeting Grant in the club he totally behaves like one. We can all be in denial but that's not the impression I got. With all this niggling at the back of my mind the hot scenes didn't feel hot either. And don't get me started on the whole drug dealer vs vigilante sub-plot. Save your time and money. Ok, so this book was not bad. I found it enjoyable as a low angst journey to love in a kinky way. There were some places that drags but still, good book. Kinda wish Mitch’s story was second. But oh well, I’ll read it next.I do have two major issues with the book.Caleb says he isn’t a Little but I am pretty sure he is. He seems toregress, like a lot. He plays with kids toys, colors, watches cartoons, drinks out of sippy cups, sucks for soothing … you get it. Just because he doesn’t dress in little clothes, wear diapers, use a binky or drink out of bottles doesn’t mean he isn’t little. I kinda feel like the three boys are all littles just at different levels. I say this because little doesn’t usually rub off on playmates. Usually, the playmates who are not little would act as a big brother or uncle. They wouldn’t regress as these character seems to.My second issue and it is mostly an issue because it is a huge pet peeve of mine. “K” is NOT a word. It was also overused the whole book. There are so many different ways to put it. The actual “ ‘kay “ , “mmkay”, “yes”, “sure”, “alright” ….. all acceptable substitutes while in little mode. Just sayin.
